Privacy notice

Information collected

Account registration stores your email and the time you declared that you are at least 21. Our authentication provider handles passwords and email confirmation. The shop stores your cart, partner and offer codes, and your pricing request details, including your name, email, selected products, quantities, and message. Applications store the details you submit. The owner workspace stores internal follow-up notes and product review records.

How it is used

We use these details to operate account access, respond to inquiries, review partner applications, and keep attribution connected to pricing requests. Registration and these forms do not sign you up for marketing. Please do not put health records or payment card information in an inquiry.

Cookies and service providers

A necessary account cookie keeps a confirmed session for up to one hour. A necessary cart cookie keeps a cart associated with this browser for up to 30 days. Hosting and security services may process technical data needed to deliver and protect the website. No advertising tracker has been added by #HELIX.

Network videos and external links

Network videos do not load an external player until you select Watch video. Playing a YouTube, Vimeo, or externally hosted video sends connection information to its provider, which may use cookies or collect viewing information under its own privacy policy. Choosing Open video or following a partner, Facebook, or WhatsApp link opens an external service under its own policies.
